When you install Freecaster, we access the following Shopify store data through Shopify's OAuth API, with your explicit permission:

• Metafields (used to store app configuration)

2.2 Session Data

We store session tokens in our database (hosted on Supabase) to authenticate your access to the Freecaster dashboard. Session data includes your Shopify store URL and access tokens required to connect to the Shopify API.

2.3 Usage Data

We may collect non-personally identifiable usage data to improve the app, including feature usage patterns and performance metrics.

• Demand Forecasting: Analyzing your order history to generate inventory forecasts
• Inventory Alerts: Monitoring your inventory levels to trigger alerts based on your thresholds
• Purchase Orders: Creating and sending purchase orders using your product and vendor data

We retain your data for as long as your store has Freecasterinstalled. When you uninstall the app:

• Session tokens are deleted immediately
• App configuration data is deleted within 30 days
• We do not retain copies of your Shopify product, order, or customer data after uninstallation
