1. About This Policy

This Pricing Policy describes the plans, pricing, billing terms, and refund policy for Freecaster, a Shopify app developed for Shopify merchants. By installing and using Freecaster, you agree to this Pricing Policy.

All billing for Freecaster is managed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. Freecaster does not directly collect or process payment information.All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Freecaster never directly handles payment information.

2. Available Plans

Freecaster offers two plans. There are no free trials — the Free Forever plan is a permanent free option that never expires and never converts to a paid subscription automatically.

Always Free Plan — $0/month

The Always Free plan is available to all merchants at no cost. There is no time limit, expiration date, or automatic upgrade.

Included Features:

  • ✓Comprehensive Inventory Forecasting: Get accurate demand predictions.
  • ✓Uses Sales Velocity, Lead Time & More: Advanced forecasting factors.
  • ✓In-App Low Stock Warnings & Alerts: Stay informed about inventory levels.
  • ✓Multi-Location Tracking: Manage inventory across all locations.
  • ✓Variant Tracking: Track all product variants.

Premium Plan — $5 per 30 days

The Premium plan is a recurring subscription billed every 30 days through Shopify Billing. It includes all Always Free features plus premium tools.

Included Features (All Always Free features PLUS):

  • ✓All Always Free features (comprehensive forecasting, multi-location tracking, variant tracking, in-app alerts)
  • ✓Purchase Order Creation & Sending: Create and send POs directly to vendors.
  • ✓Reorder Life Cycle Tracking: Track the entire reorder process.
  • ✓Low Stock Email Alerts: Receive email notifications about low inventory.
  • ✓Per-Location Purchase Orders: Create location-specific purchase orders.
  • ✓Email Support: Direct email support from our team.

3. Billing

All billing for Freecaster is handled by Shopify's Billing API. Charges for the Premium plan appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate charge. Freecaster does not store, access, or process your payment information.

The Premium plan is billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. Your first charge begins when you activate the Premium plan. Subsequent charges occur automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin under Apps. No cancellation fees. Your Always Free plan continues to be available after cancellation.

To cancel your Premium subscription:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin
  2. Click Apps
  3. Find Freecaster
  4. Click Delete or manage the subscription

5. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds are available. Contact us via our contact page to request a refund.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Shopify admin, and it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund—refunds must be requested separately within the 24-hour window.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. We will notify active Premium subscribers via email before any pricing changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
