What does "Always Free" mean?
The Always Free plan never expires and never charges you. Comprehensive inventory forecasting, low stock alerts, multi-location tracking, and variant tracking are completely included on the Always Free plan.
How is billing handled?
All billing is processed through Shopify's Billing API. Premium charges ($5 per 30 days) appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Freecaster never handles your payment information directly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel Premium anytime from your Shopify admin under Apps → Freecaster. There are no cancellation fees.
Are refunds available?
Yes. Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds are available. Contact us to request a refund.
